APPRENTICE CHEF required for Chateau in beautiful, rural location in the Var region. You’d be assisting and working alongside an excellent Chef helpng in all aspects of cooking and serving meals. An excellent opportunity to gain experience.

Catering for 8-16 – mostly families with and without children. Approx 5 hours p/d with one day off p/wk. Good knowledge of French useful. Salary small; experience gained large.
