Stunning large house in Lutterworth, rented out to private guests, seeks two effective and presentable cooks to cater for a client for three weeks in August. Numbers unlikely to exceed 12-14 at any one time. Daily prep of all meals, including some picnics and packed lunches, washing up and keeping kitchen clean. Accomm available in the stable block. At least one must be a car driver/owner. £100 each per day. One day of per week.

Ordering, stock taking, accounting, budgeting, maintaining hygiene standards, overseeing the kitchen assistant, catering for occasional special events. Term dates slightly longer than the pupils’ dates. 7am – 2pm or 8am – 3pm. Salary scale £22-24K
