International Musicians seminar
Brief: Provide a lead chef to run a volunteer team of kitchen helpers and to manage the catering requirements for between 70-100 guests for over a week.
Product development account manager
Brief: Provide a chef to work with development guidelines set by major supermarkets for devising new dishes within an exisiting range along with new concepts for a market leading company based in the East of England.
Magazine Work
Brief: Supply students who wish to gain experience in this challenging and competitive sector. For some lucky students these opportunities lead to that all important, highly prized employment contract! Leiths is very luck to have ex students in the cookery departments of the nation’s favourite magazines.
Styling Work
Brief: To find a stylist for a web-based hamper company for a 2 week project to create the seasonal serving suggestions for the range of products offered by the company as well as displaying items supplied with the various styles of hamper.
PR company work
Brief: To provide cooks for regular projects for a PR company dealing with food products, ingredients and equipment. Our involvement has varied from providing people to devise menus or dishes using specific equipment or ingredients to recipe development including variations with full demonstration and presentation to the client with feed back and analysis
Restaurant group
Brief: To provide team members to work in any one of three small neighbourhood eateries. A passion for modern fresh food styles along with flexibility enabled two ex students to get rewarding first jobs.
