Event Catering Head Chef

High quality and well regarded catering business in High Wycombe has a position for a Head Chef.  The company caters for small and large events up to 450 sit-down and 900 guest canape receptions – it also runs a new canape delivery service. You’ll need to have a recognised Chef’s Diploma and have at least one year’s experience with top London catering companies, freelance or other.  Energy, confidence, ability and a professional attitude are essential – if you are not prepared to work long hours then please don’t apply! Primary responsibilities include purchasing, food production, transportation to venues, hygiene, fridge checks, stock maintenance etc. Salary £27,500 pa.
