Trained chef with minimum of 3 years’ kitchen experience to cater for up to 50 in cafe start-up in central London. Heavy emphasis on great food, fast. Simple, robust food that celebrates colour, taste, texture and quality. Would suit a creative sous chef looking for the next step up. Lots of scope for input and opportunity to grow with the business. This is a permanent, full-time position. 5 or 6 day week – evenings unlikely to be required. Salary iro £28K
